Messick Counseling, LLC is a privately owned outpatient mental health practice in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Carrie Messick received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Science from Messiah College (now Messiah University), and her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and Graduate School. Carrie has worked in various settings, including foster care case management, family-based mental health services, and outpatient therapy settings. She is currently in the process of completing her dissertation through Liberty University. 

Carrie utilizes clinical modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),  Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Biblical Counseling, and more. She uses a strengths-based approach to treat a range of mental health symptoms, including depression, anxiety, burnout, grief,  pregnancy loss, life transitions, and more.
